Forest creatures

Trolls. Little, big. Cute. There is something about them. But. Trolls that mean something to me are mainly vintage, made in 1960s or 1970s. Soft. Soft hair, there are ones made from reindeer hair, they are not for me. I like them to be softies. Finnish company Fauni made the best looking trolls, but there are other makers too. This one you see in the troll forest was made by Fauni in 1960s. It used to belong to a stranger who had it for over 40 yrs, I have no idea why he wanted to give it away. Maybe the silliness went away, maybe he finally felt he is adult enough.

I like this toy. It is big, but it is quite handy too. You can use it as a pillow, it looks fun. And... it is soft!
